What does a Georgia Cost Estimating estimate look like?
Every estimate includes an Excel workbook organized by CSI MasterFormat, a summary PDF with totals and key metrics, color-coded marked-up drawings and a written list of inclusions, exclusions and assumptions.

What's Inside a Sample
- Summary sheet — totals by division, cost per SF and markups
- Detail sheets — quantity, unit, material, labor and equipment costs per line

How to Request Samples
Samples are sanitized versions of real estimates with client details removed. Tell us your project type or trade through Contact Us and we’ll send the most relevant samples, usually the same business day.
