Xactimate & Insurance Estimating Services in Georgia
Detailed Xactimate estimates for storm, wind, hail, water, fire and mold losses across Georgia — for restoration contractors, roofers, public adjusters and property owners. Line-item estimates in the format insurance carriers review, with photos and sketches.
What is an Xactimate estimate?
Xactimate is estimating software widely used by insurance carriers, adjusters and restoration contractors to price property damage repairs. An Xactimate estimate lists each repair line item — removal, replacement, labor minimums, overhead and profit — using regional price lists. Contractors use Xactimate estimates to align their claims with how carriers evaluate losses, which can make negotiations and supplements smoother.
Overview
Insurance Estimates Carriers Can Review Line by Line
Georgia properties face tropical storms along the coast, severe thunderstorms and hail across the state, and water and fire losses everywhere. Restoration contractors and roofers need estimates that are complete and formatted the way carriers evaluate claims.
We prepare Xactimate estimates from your photos, measurements, sketches and scope notes, including roof reports, interior rooms, contents manipulation, mitigation and code upgrade items where applicable. We also prepare supplement estimates when additional damage is discovered.

Storm Damage in Coastal & South Georgia
Coastal counties such as Chatham, Glynn and Camden face tropical storm and hurricane exposure, while inland Georgia regularly sees severe thunderstorms, tornadoes and hail. Accurate estimates must capture roofing, siding, windows, interior water damage and code-required items. See Roofing Estimating Services.
Documentation That Speeds Up Insurance Estimates
The quality of an insurance estimate depends on the quality of the documentation. Before requesting an Xactimate estimate, gather overview and close-up photos of every affected area, room dimensions or a sketch, roof measurements or an aerial roof report, moisture readings for water losses, material descriptions (roof type, siding, flooring, cabinets), the date and cause of loss, and any existing carrier estimate. Clear documentation lets us capture all related items — such as removal, protection, detach-and-reset and cleanup — which are frequently missed. It also makes supplements easier to justify when hidden damage appears during repairs. For roof-only claims, also see Roofing Estimating Services.
