Material Takeoff Services in Georgia
Detailed, purchase-ready material lists with sizes, specifications and quantities — for builders, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers across Georgia. Order the right materials the first time and quote supply packages faster.
What is a material takeoff?
A material takeoff (MTO) is a list of every material needed to build a project, with quantities, sizes, types and specifications — for example 2×6 studs by length, sheets of 5/8″ Type X drywall, bags of mortar or feet of #4 rebar. It goes further than a general quantity takeoff by converting measured areas and lengths into orderable units, with waste factors applied.
Overview
Order Accurately. Reduce Waste. Quote Faster.
Over-ordering ties up cash and creates waste; under-ordering causes delays and extra delivery charges. Our material takeoff services convert your drawings into supplier-ready lists organized the way you buy — by trade, phase, floor or delivery.
We prepare MTOs for framing lumber and trusses, sheathing, concrete and rebar, masonry, drywall and framing, roofing, siding, insulation, doors and windows, flooring, tile and finishes. Suppliers use our MTOs to quote packages; builders use them for purchase orders.

Scope
Material Takeoffs We Prepare
How Waste Factors and Lengths Affect Your Order
Material takeoffs are only useful if they translate into real-world orders. Framing lumber is listed by size and length to minimize cutting waste; drywall is counted by sheet size and orientation; roofing is converted into squares plus starter, ridge, underlayment and flashing; concrete includes over-pour allowance; and rebar is listed by bar size with laps. Waste factors differ by material and by crew — typically higher for tile and complex rooflines, lower for simple rectangular slabs. We apply standard factors or your own, and we list them clearly so your purchasing team and supplier can adjust. The result is fewer emergency deliveries, less leftover material and faster supplier quotes.
