Effective September 29, 2026. How we protect your drawings, pricing and bid information.

1. Our Commitment
Your plans, specifications, pricing and bid numbers are confidential. We use them only to prepare the services you request.
2. No Sharing Between Clients
We never share one client’s documents or pricing with another client, including when multiple clients bid the same project.
3. Access Control
Access to project files is limited to team members working on your project.
4. Secure Storage
Files are stored in secure, access-controlled cloud storage and transferred over encrypted connections.
5. NDAs
We sign reasonable non-disclosure agreements on request before receiving documents.
6. Retention & Deletion
Files are retained as needed for business records; you may request deletion of your project files at any time.
